Adam Leader In Charge
Adam is the Leader In Charge at Warwick Open Award.
He has plenty of experience of the Duke of Edinburgh Award, having completed his Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
He gained his awards at an independently run unit in Warwick.
After completing his Gold he stayed on at the centre working as a helper with the new Bronze participants.
He led them on a number of sucsesfull expeditions and helped them complete their Bronze Award.
He later went on to gain qualifications to enable him to work at Bronze and Silver level and is currently working to become qualified at leading Gold Level participants.

Warwickshire County Council Mini Bus Driving Certificate
Mountain First Aid Certificate
Basic Expedition Leadership Award (To lead groups at low level in the countryside)
Summer Mountain Leader Training (To lead groups above 600m in summer conditions)
Warwickshire County Council 600 Meter + Validation Day (To lead groups above 600m)
He also has a detailed knowledge of the UK's National Parks, having spent many days walking,
cycling and running all over them. Snowdonia and The Lake District are his particular favourites.
He has experiance of the Scottish Munros (a Scottish mountain over 3000 feet)
having climbed approximatelly 65 of the 284.
A new enjoyment of his is Adventure Racing.
